1999 – GlobiTech formed by a core management team with extensive experience in silicon and epi wafer manufacturing.
2000 – Construction started on GlobiTech’s headquarters and manufacturing facility.
2001 – Construction complete and first epi deposited. First customer qualification in July 2001.
2005 – GlobiTech achieves initial ISO 9001:2000.
2005 – GlobiTech achieves qualification of 10th Tier 1 semiconductor OEM.
2006 – GlobiTech exceeds 1 million wafers shipped.
2008 – GlobiTech purchased by Sino American Silicon.
2010 – GlobiTech achieves ISO 9001:2008.
2014 – GlobiTech achieves initial ISO/TS 16949:2009
2018 – GlobiTech achieves IATF 16949:2016 certification.
2021 – GlobiTech achieves IATF 16949:2016 re-certification.
2023 – GlobiTech earns ISO 14001:2015 certification.
